Hilliard Hall at Prairie View A&M University was built in 1939 as the campus dining hall. Part of the university's group of Depression-era buildings, it was later renovated and adapted to house the Department of Communications and the KPVU broadcasting stations. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.
