Macedonia Baptist Church at 512 S. Indianola Street is the church of a historic African American Baptist congregation in Cuero, the seat of DeWitt County. The building was constructed in 1890 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988 as part of the Historic Resources of Cuero.
