Graham's post office was built in 1935-1936 for about $60,000 to a Moderne design by U.S. Treasury architect Louis A. Simon, featuring decorative aluminum grillwork and Art Moderne stone friezes. Inside, regional painter Alexandre Hogue—a member of the 'Dallas Nine'—created a New Deal mural depicting the Oil Fields of Graham, restored in 2002. Postal operations moved out in 1992, and the building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999, now houses the Old Post Office Museum & Art Center.
