History
Martin Hall is the administration building of Texas College, a historically Black college in Tyler founded in 1894 by ministers affiliated with the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places among the historic campus resources of one of East Texas's oldest African American institutions of higher education.
