History
The Moore Grocery Company building sits at the edge of downtown San Marcos near the railroad tracks, a one-story buff-brick structure with a basement and mezzanine. Later occupied by the Groce-Wearden Grocery Company and, after a 1955 sale, used as a feed business, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 as part of the Historic Resources of San Marcos.
