Built about 1916-1917 in the Chicago School commercial style, the Park Hotel stands at 217 South River Street in downtown Seguin. Its name was changed to the Plaza Hotel in 1935, and the building today operates as the Park Plaza. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
