The Bryan Ice House was built in 1912 to manufacture ice for the city and surrounding farms. After its industrial use ended it served for years as a nightclub before sitting vacant, and in 2016 it was renovated and reopened as an event and banquet hall. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places among the Historic Resources of Bryan.
