From the intersection of US 290 and SH-6 in Hempstead, travel north on SH-6 5.5 miles to Center Hill Road. Go 1 mile east on Center Hill Rd to address 40224, Center Hill Primitive Baptist Church, on the north side of the road. The cemetery is behind the church. You can drive over the grass past the left side of the church to the cemetery gate.
