On Private Property off FM 1644 towards Calvert. From the Providence Church you'll pass a road on the left that leads toward the site of Marvin (a community that existed where this road dead-ends into the railroad tracks). This is the black road that goes to the left from the "4" in "8.4" on FM 1644. Further along 1644 is another road on the left, which heads toward the site of Barton (a community that existed where this road crosses the railroad tracks). This road is just below the bridge. Past this road, still traveling on 1644 towards Calvert, you'll cross a bridge over the Little Brazos River. Continue beyond this bridge and up the hill. On the left is a gate to a road that leads to the Barton Farm Cemetery, which is located near Peters Slough.
