The Ochiltree County Courthouse in Perryton was completed in 1928, a two-story buff-brick building that blends Texas Renaissance and Art Deco detailing, designed by the Hutchinson, Kansas firm Mann & Company. The county's first courthouse, an 1890 frame structure, stood in the town of Ochiltree until the county seat was moved to Perryton in 1919. An east-side addition was completed in 1974.
