Snow Hill Cemetery lies on the Morris-Titus county line about six miles northwest of Daingerfield, at the site of the old town of Snow Hill, whose post office opened in 1857. In June 1870 J. W. Cason and his wife Thurza deeded four acres to the Snow Hill Baptist Church for church and cemetery use. Though the town faded after the railroad bypassed it in 1877, the church and cemetery survived, and the Texas Historical Commission erected a marker here in 2004.
