History

The Johnson-McCuistion House is a restored two-story residence in Paris built in a transitional Greek Revival style accented with Victorian detailing. Dr. L. P. McCuistion made it his home from 1916 to 1948, and the property has been recognized with a Texas state historical medallion. It is among the houses documented in the National Register's Historic Resources of Paris multiple-property listing.
