At the intersection of FM 2114, HCR 2202N, & FM 1304 in Lebanon; north on HCR 2202N .6 miles to Latham Springs Camp (road becomes PR 223 behind camp gates). Follow to PR 22020. Left on 2202 (west) .3 miles to fence line. Cross fence and follow southward 100 yards to cemetery in cedar on Dennis Sulak Farm.
