The Walter Hofheinz House is a two-and-a-half-story residence at 819 West Hopkins Street in San Marcos, distinguished by Classical detailing, a standing-seam metal hipped roof with cross gables, and a porch that curves around its east facade. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
