The Jessie W. Stoddard House in Goliad is a side-gabled limestone cottage that existed by 1847, when Jessie W. Stoddard bought the property, and possibly earlier. Built of local stone rather than wood, it may originally have had a flat roof, and it aligns with the 1840 town plan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.
